Welcome to Yue Collective. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yue Collective website, products, digital content, educational programs, workshops, events, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Yue Collective, LLC ("Yue Collective," "we," "our," or "us").
At Yue Collective, we are committed to thoughtful craftsmanship, transparent business practices, and respectful customer relationships. These Terms are intended to establish clear expectations while protecting both our customers and our business.
By accessing our website, purchasing products, registering for workshops or courses, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply solely to the commercial activities of Yue Collective, LLC, including:
- Retail products
- Dietary supplements
- Personal care products
- Educational materials
- Digital courses
- Workshops
- Events
- Website services
Clinical services provided by Yue Traditional Medicine, PLLC are governed by separate patient agreements, informed consent documents, privacy notices, and professional practice policies.
Participation in any Yue Collective offering does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services you represent that:
- you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian;
- you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
- all information you provide is accurate and current.
Certain workshops or offerings may be limited to specifically identified populations or eligibility requirements as described in the program description.
3. Products & Services
Yue Collective offers handcrafted botanical products, dietary supplements, educational resources, online courses, workshops, and community events.
Because many of our products are produced in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in appearance, color, aroma, texture, and botanical characteristics are normal and do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products or services without prior notice.
4. Orders
Yue Collective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- refuse orders;
- limit quantities;
- cancel orders;
- correct pricing errors;
- discontinue products;
- deny future purchases or registrations;
- restrict participation in workshops or educational programs.
Orders may be refused or canceled for reasons including, but not limited to:
- suspected fraud;
- payment issues;
- inventory limitations;
- pricing inaccuracies;
- misuse of our Services;
- violation of these Terms;
- disruptive conduct;
- safety concerns;
- failure to satisfy eligibility requirements for a particular offering.
If Yue Collective cancels an order, any refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to any non-recoverable costs where permitted by law and disclosed within these Terms.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, tariffs, customs fees, and similar governmental charges are calculated separately where applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
6. Processing & Shipping
Because many Yue Collective products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders as promptly as possible.
If an order has not shipped within thirty (30) days of purchase, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A canceled order will not thereafter be fulfilled or shipped.
Yue Collective ships internationally.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- tariffs;
- brokerage fees;
- compliance with import laws applicable to their destination country.
Yue Collective is not responsible for shipments delayed, refused, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or governmental authorities.
7. Returns
Except as specifically stated below, all sales are final.
Unopened, unused products returned in their original condition may be eligible for store credit only if a return request is initiated within fourteen (14) days following delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with voluntary returns.
Opened personal care products, dietary supplements, and all other products not eligible for return are final sale.
Products reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and include photographic documentation.
Upon approval, Yue Collective may issue:
- replacement product; or
- store credit.
Yue Collective may instruct customers to dispose of damaged products rather than return them.
Product exchanges are not offered.
8. Digital Products
Digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials, and educational resources, are licensed—not sold.
Purchases grant the customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
All digital purchases are final.
Refunds, exchanges, and store credit are not available after digital access has been granted.
9. Workshops & Events
Workshop registrations canceled at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event are eligible for store credit.
Cancellations occurring fewer than seven (7) days before the event are final sale.
If Yue Collective cancels an event, participants may elect either:
- a full refund; or
- store credit toward a future Yue Collective offering.
Yue Collective reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel events because of weather, safety concerns, instructor illness, venue availability, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Photography & Media
Workshops and events may be photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded.
By registering, participants consent to incidental inclusion in photographs and recordings.
Participants wishing not to appear in identifiable media should notify Yue Collective before or during the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
Yue Collective exercises thoughtful discretion when selecting media for publication.
11. Assumption of Risk
Participation in workshops, demonstrations, movement practices, educational activities, and community events is voluntary.
Participants acknowledge they are responsible for participating within their own physical and mental capabilities.
Participants may decline participation in any activity at any time.
Participation in Yue Collective offerings does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship with Yue Collective or with any instructor, presenter, contractor, volunteer, or licensed healthcare professional participating in the event.
Separate event waivers may be required prior to participation.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, educational materials, product descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, written content, and proprietary educational methodologies remain the exclusive property of Yue Collective unless otherwise indicated.
Without prior written permission you may not:
- reproduce;
- record;
- photograph for redistribution;
- publish;
- distribute;
- upload;
- commercially teach;
- sublicense;
- share digital accounts;
- use Yue Collective materials to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
13. Product & Educational Disclaimer
Yue Collective products are intended to support general wellness and personal care.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Educational materials, workshops, online courses, and website content are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
Customers are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using dietary supplements or beginning any wellness program, particularly during pregnancy, nursing, while taking medications, or when managing medical conditions.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing product ingredients and determining whether products are appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Individual responses and results vary.
14. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- interfere with website operation;
- harass other users;
- misuse Yue Collective intellectual property;
- engage in fraudulent transactions;
- circumvent website security.
Yue Collective may suspend or permanently terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Customer Reviews and Testimonials
Yue Collective welcomes honest, respectful, and constructive customer feedback. Reviews published on our website reflect the opinions and experiences of individual customers and do not necessarily represent the experiences of all users.
All submitted reviews are subject to administrative moderation prior to publication. Moderation is conducted solely to ensure compliance with these Terms and our review standards and is not based on whether a review is favorable or unfavorable. Yue Collective does not remove or withhold reviews solely because they express criticism, dissatisfaction, or assign a low rating.
Yue reserved the right to decline to publish, edit for formatting only (without altering the substance or sentiment of the review), or remove:
- contain profanity, hate speech, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive language;
- include false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent statements;
- disclose confidential, private, or personally identifiable information;
- promote unrelated businesses, products, or services;
- contain spam, duplicate submissions, or automated content;
- infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
- violate applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting a review, you grant Yue Collective a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, display, and use your review, in whole or in part, in connection with our website, products, and marketing materials, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yue Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yue Collective, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
17. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If court proceedings become necessary, venue shall lie exclusively within Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Force Majeure
Yue Collective shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disruptions, carrier interruptions, supplier shortages, or similar events.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Changes to These Terms
Yue Collective may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication to our website unless otherwise indicated.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
